We ship worldwide using National Courier to get your purchase to you quickly and in great condition.

We ship orders within maximum 2 business days of the date they are placed.

The delivery period with National Courier is between 5 to 10 business days.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.  This will include your tracking number, so you can track your package. If you do not receive one, please email

Once your order is placed we are unable to change the shipping address. We offer you the possibility to create several shipping addresses within your account. When submitting your order you may select the address where you would like the order to be delivered.

Please also note that any additional duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. 


Our products are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and subject to a stringent quality control process. As such, we’re happy to say that defects are rare.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bags.

For any repair queries, just email your shipping invoice to together with photos of the damaged item.  We offer several free and easy repair options:

1. Ship Your Bag to Us:

In the unlikely event your handbag needed repair (e.g. a lock or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched, excludes normal wear and tear and worn leather as those are not quality faults) within 6 months of the purchase date; we would arrange the collection, repair it in our atelier, and ship it back to your chosen address free of charge.

Should your handbag need repairing after 6 months, we also offer a free repair service and we can provide you a quote for the shipping costs if you are unable to send the item to us or collect it.

2.  Have Your Bag Repaired Locally:

If you prefer to have your bag repaired by a cobbler local to you, we will reimburse you up to the amount it costs for repair through our preferred cobbler. You may email us at with photos of the issue and we will send you a quote as to how much we will be able to reimburse, based on the damage to the item.

You may choose either of the above repair options, but please note that international customers are responsible for shipping and duties incurred to have the bag repaired at our headquarters.

Your product has been crafted from premium full grain leather which has been treated to maintain its natural lustre. Variations in grain and/or colour gives each piece a distinctive character – this cannot be considered a defect. To achieve our minimum waste goal, we aim to cut all parts of our materials without eliminating any specific area with variances. Therefore all differences in texture, or wrinkles are considered as our default standard.

Mianqa handbags are made from the highest quality cowhide leather.  The bodies of each Mianqa bag is hand-woven one by one. The texture, color and grain of each hexagon piece may vary.  This should not be considered as a defect, but as what makes this bag unique, beautiful and sustainable.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Mianqa as accurately as possible.  However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 


If you change your mind you are welcome to return your purchase within 3 business days after the receipt of delivery.

Please contact to arrange a return, stating which product you would like to return, together with the order number.

Please wait for us to inform you regarding the shipment address we will provide you, and then please kindly write us the tracking number of your shipment.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping return products, including covering the cost of return shipment.

Mianqa cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise that an insured and tracked service is used. We regret that we are unable to accept returned products if they reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date. 

Returned products must be in perfect condition, resalable, and returned in their original packaging.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please pay special attention to the packing of any bags with a chain strap. When despatched, we carefully pack the chain such that it does not mark the leather – we ask that you do the same when returning the item to us, otherwise a bag may arrive back at Mianqa in unsaleable condition, and we would therefore not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, excluding shipping charges, within a maximum period of 7 days of Mianqa receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Mianqa cannot guarantee the time that a refund will take to show on your account as this is controlled by the card issuer.

We are unable to exchange products at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order. 


You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
